TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

01. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of northseam.com and any purchase made through this site. The site is operated by Atelier Wendt, a trading name of Atelier Wendt LLC, registered in Delaware under company number 8123094, with registered office at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808, United States.

By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below.

02. Orders

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. The order is accepted at the moment we issue dispatch confirmation. Each garment is part of a small lot. Once a lot is sold through, the piece is not restocked. Cart contents do not reserve stock.

03. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars. Where applicable, sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on destination.

Payment is taken at order placement, not at dispatch. Card data is processed by our payment partner and is not retained on our servers.

04. Shipping

Worldwide shipping, tracked and signed. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to the customer at the point of delivery to the carrier.

05. Returns

Returns are accepted within thirty days of receipt, on items unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure.

06. Fifteen year warranty

Each garment is covered by a fifteen year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Send the piece back to the atelier and we will repair, reline, or replace at our discretion. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or alteration carried out by a third party.

07. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

08. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, save where mandatory consumer protection law grants you a different forum.
