REFUND POLICY.
01. Window and condition
You may return any garment within thirty days of receipt provided it is unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. We do not require a reason.
02. Process
To start a return, write to returns@northseam.com with your order number. We will reply within one working day.
Pack the garment in its original box. Use a tracked carrier and keep the receipt until the refund has cleared.
03. Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven working days of the atelier receiving the returned garment.
04. Exclusions
The following are not eligible for return.
- Garments altered or repaired by a third party.
- Garments showing wear, perfume, smoke, or laundry residue.
- Garments without original tags.
- Made to measure pieces, where the brief was confirmed by the customer in writing.
05. Faulty items
If a garment arrives faulty, or develops a fault within the fifteen year warranty window, write to the atelier with photographs. The atelier will repair, replace, or refund in full including outbound and return shipping.
